GTA V on PC will be confirmed on Friday

A number of retailers are saying that an official announcement of Grand Theft Auto V for the PC is coming Friday, followed by retailers starting to take pre-orders.

Retailers in Europe seem pretty solid on the fact that it is coming and are already starting to take pre-orders, or have announced that they will start taking pre-orders on Friday. The bigger question, of course, is whether this is just a run up to a next-gen console version being announced for the Xbox One and PlayStation 4.

We have reached out to a number of our contacts who tell us that they have either been hearing rumors about it or that it is going to be announced soon. We think you will have to just be patient and see what happens Friday.
