A Gears of War FPS title?

Written by David Stellmack

Don’t bet against it not happening

So far in the Gears of War saga, gamers have wondered about the possibility of a Gears of War FPS title; and apparently the question was put to Rod Fergusson, the executive producer of the Gears franchise.

While he never said never… he didn’t confirm anything, either. As with most developers, they want to work on what is interesting and what makes sense from a franchise point of view.

There will also be some differences between the Gears of War: Judgment, which is developed by People Can Fly, which is said to play a bit differently from the Epic-developed titles. We will have to see about that when the game releases later this year.
