Spike TV to cover E3 in U.S.

Written by David Stellmack

Planning 17 hours of coverage

With only about a month to go till E3, Spike TV has confirmed their coverage plans for the E3 event. Spike TV in conjunction with GameTrailers have announced E3 All Access Live, which will be their show covering the event.

The coverage will be filmed in HD and will feature more than 30 gaming exclusives as well as guest interviews. The 17 hours of planned coverage will span across all of the platforms; and it will kick off the day before E3 on June 4th with a special wrap-up show that is expected to focus on the Microsoft and Sony Press Conference announcements.

On June 5th things will really kick into gear with plans for more than five hours of live coverage from E3 that will feature a number of things, including news from the Nintendo morning press conference.

Spike’s E3 team hosting the event will include Geoff Keighley, Amanda Mackay, Daniel Kayser, and Justine Ezarik. Katie Linendoll from All Access Weekly will also be featured.
