Sonic 4 Episode 2 release confirmed

Written by David Stellmack

Sega planning a May 15th/16th release

In what Sega tells us will be the final chapter in the Sonic 4 story, the company has apparently figured out the release dates for Sonic 4 Episode 2 for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions of the game.

Sonic 4 Episode 2 is going to be released for the PlayStation 3 on May 15th for PSN, with the Xbox 360 version for purchase on Xbox Live Arcade to arrive on May 16th. The release of the PC and mobile versions will follow at a later date that still is not yet determined.

Sources tell us that Sega is planning to keep with the pricing that they had with Episode one, with the game costing $10 for PlayStation 3 and 800 Microsoft Points for Xbox 360 owners.
