Lego Batman 2 coming in 2012

Written by David Stellmack

WarnerBrosInteractive

A few more coming next year

Warner Bros Interactive is looking to have a pretty full 2012 with a number of games already in development or well along in development. The first is an apparent sequel to Lego Batman. Lego Batman 2 is slated for a 2012 release for the same platforms as last time around, but beyond that we know nothing.

Warner also has another Hobbit game coming, but we do not know if it is tied in with the Peter Jackson movie called The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey. The movie is slated to arrive in December, but the game is said to arrive in 2012.  We expect that it will be early 2012 when it makes its debut.

Another DC comics-based game is in development, but no information beyond the news that it is coming has been announced. It is also slated for a 2012 release. Whispers that we have heard tell us more about who will not star in the game rather than who will be in this mystery title.
