MSI introduces new X460 ultrathin

22mm thin 14-incher
MSI has rolled out a new X-Slim series 14-inch lappie with a sleek design and some Intel Inside stickers.

The X460 is just 22mm thick and it weighs in at under 2kg, which is rather impressive for a 14-incher. It is powered by Intel Core i5-2410M or Core i7-2630QM processors and it can be equipped with up to 8GB of memory.

In addition to integrated HD 3000 graphics, MSI will gladly sell you an optional Geforce GT 540M discrete card, which should be more than enough for some casual gaming on the 1366x768 screen.

The X460 also boasts two USB 3.0 ports along with a lone USB 2.0 port, Bluetooth 3.0, VGA, HDMI, LAN, WLAN and THX sound. It seems like a well balanced all-rounder, provided MSI doesn’t go wild with the pricing.
