Another Halo Reach map pack is coming

Said to be called the Defiant Map Pack
Sources are confirming that the pictures making the rounds (despite Microsoft’s effort to have them taken down) are, in fact, pictures of the next Halo Reach map pack which is said to be called the “Defiant Map Pack.”

The Defiant Map Pack is said to include three new maps this time around, which are said to be called Condemned, Highlands, and Unearthed. The Condemned map takes place onboard a human ship, while the Highland and Unearthed maps are open outdoor maps, from what we hear.

Microsoft’s own Major Nelson recently teased that news of another Halo Reach map pack was not too far off and more specifics were coming soon. As is usual in these cases, Microsoft does not like it when people spoil their announcement fun. Still, based on discussions and what we are seeing from Halo Destiny, it does seem accurate and we expect it to be confirmed soon.
