Written by Fudzilla staff

Performance increases for 6000 series
AMD has released Catalyst 11.1 WHQL with the promise of several performance increases on HD 6900 and HD 6800 cards.

Performance in F1 2010 has been improved by up to 12 percent on 6000-series cards, while 5800 users can expect a 10 percent boost. Left 4 Dead 2 got a 17 percent performance boost on 6800-series cards and 10 percent on 5800 products.

There are also a number of fixes for a bunch of issues under Windows 7, Vista and XP.

As usual, you can get the new drivers here.
