Games Convention 07: Details about the singleplayer


Blizzard held
a press conference today at the Games Convention Leipzig showing to the world how does the new Starcraft 2 singleplayer will look like.

It got attention from a few hundred mostly press and business people and according to the slides you will be able to choose your own missions. Also, the missions will be different and full of variety.
If you want your missions to be interesting you must have an interesting story, this is also what Blizzard announced for the new highly anticipated Starcraft 2.

One more thing shown at the conference is the universe system where you get the key information about the upcoming mission, the most recommended unit that you should use in particular mission, and a lot of other useful info.

The hot news announced as "what's next", or what we will come in the future, are: The return of Kerrigan, Mystery of the Xel'Naga a hybrid race well known from the Brood Wars.
