Call of Duty World at War: Zombies game for iPhone has arrived and is currently priced at £5.99/$9.99. Those who played CoD World at War will remember this game as a co-op mode from the original game, which was polished and tweaked by Ideaworks Game Studio for the iPhone launch.

The initial previews suggest that the game is actually a great port from the original, but apart from the optimized graphics, the game comes with support for four-player WiFi/Internet co-op modes, which will probably prove to be popular with many iPhone users with free time on their hands. The multiplayer component reportedly works great, but it seems that the controls need more work, although that's not surprising for any game on a mobile device.

Activision will launch add-on maps as well, for which you'll have to pay more of course, but if the price is right this little bugger might rake in some nice dough over time.
