Resident Evil 5 launch-date revealed

Microsoft's E3 2008 press conference, held today, hosted a demonstration of Capcom's Resident Evil 5.

The press conference also brought some nice treats, such as the official launch-date and the new online feature. Jun Takeuchi, the game’s Chief Producer, said that the game will officially be launched on Friday, March 13th 2009. Japan will, of course, get it one day earlier.

As for the new feature, it seems like Resident Evil 5 will have a new online co-op feature that might prove to be quite interesting, but we’ll wait until we see it in action.
