Yet again

Electronic Arts has delayed Warhammer Online once again. This was confirmed during a conference call with investors.

The game was originally planned for release this fall and then was pushed back. The current release date for this game is the first half of 2008. EA explained that Mythic's Mark Jacobs asked for an extension beyond March 2008. In response to those statements you can check out Mark Jacobs' explanation over at Gamespot.

In further discussion,s Riccitiello stated that Spore, the long-awaited evolution sim game, is still scheduled for fiscal 2009; but there was no confirmation that the game will come out this spring as was reported in previous interviews.

Another game that got EA excited is the music game Rock Band which, according to EA, should sell really well and be extremely popular.
