Activision acquires Bizarre Creations

Developer of Project Gotham Racing

 

Activision has announced that it has acquired Bizarre Creations. Bizarre Creation is the UK developer known for Project Gotham Racing.

Bizarre Creations has finished working on Project Gotham Racing 4 which should hit the shelves sometime next week. It is also working on a title called The Club which should come out in early 2008. The publisher is still Sega, at least according to the press release.

The press release also mentions two new titles that are being developed. The press release also states that the first game will be released after Activision's fiscal year 2009. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
