Motorola launches E8 and Z10 handsets

Last night Motorola announced two new high end mobiles, the ROKR E8 and RIZR Z10.

The ROKR E8 is a quad band candy bar GSM phone. Its main features are the morphing keyboard, a 2 megapixel camera, 2GB of internal memory, Linux/Java software, a standard 3.5mm audio out and stereo Bluetooth.

The RIZR Z10 is an upgraded version of the Z8. There were no spectacular changes, just like the Z8, the new Z19 utilizes UIQ software and has a kick slide design. The main improvements are in-phone video capture, support for microSD cards up to 32GB, a 3.2 megapixel camera and video capture at 30 FPS.

Z10 specs:

GSM850/900/1800/1900, WCDMA, GPRS/EDGE, 3.6 Mbps HSDPA,
Symbian 9.2 OS with UIQ 3.2 UI
3.2 megapixel camera with autofocus, 8x digital zoom, flash and 30 FPS QVGA snimanje videa
Frontal VGA camera
2.2″ 320×240 QVGA 16M screen
90 MB of internal memory
microSD memory card slot
Bluetooth A2DP, miniUSB

Both models should be available sometime in late Q1 2008.
