Perfectly legal

AllofMP3 the MP3 streaming copy which was at the centre of an international incident between Russia and the US is getting ready to go online again.

According to the site's blog, allofmp3 is planning a relaunch soon after a Russian court ruled that the site's activities were legal under Russian law.

The Russian government was placed under pressure from the US who threatened the country's membership of the World Trade Organisation unless it closed the site down.

However the site proved to the Judge that while it was not paying money to the US's copyright authorities it was paying royalties to the Russian equivalent.
