One ATX and one microATX

In addition to the three DDR3 models that we wrote about yesterday, MSI has also announced two more motherboards based on the same AMD 785G chipset, the ATX MSI 785GT-E63 and the microATX MSI 785GTM-E45.

These two have the same specs as their DDR3 siblings, except for the fact that they support AMD AM2+ processors and can be equipped with DDR2-1066/800 memory, which is still significantly cheaper to buy than DDR3 memory.

The MSI 785GT-E63, or the bigger one, has five SATA ports and one powered eSATA port, additional three PCI slots, Gigabit LAN, 7.1-channel HD audio, and DVI, HDMI and D-Sub outputs. The smaller one, MSI 785GTM-E45, which should be cheaper, lacks eSATA and two PCI slots. Unfortunately, as these are meant for the value part of the market, both boards lack SidePort memory.

On the other hand, both motherboards are already listed with a lowest price set at €68,66 and €62,35 for MSI 785GT-E63 and MSI 785GTM-E45. You can find them listed here.
