Of course, it is that time of the year. Apple, Qualcomm, MediaTek and now Samsung will have 10nm SoCs ready for  phones in early 2017. Of course Samsung wants to use its own 10nm SoC in the Galaxy S8 that is expected in late February 2017, but probably with a mix of 10nm Snapdragon too.

Zen-based Opteron processors should appear by mid-2017 and our deep throats have revealed that there will be three different sockets. Not only that, the entry level Zen based processors will come in four or eight Zen core configurations and they will use the  SP4r2 BGA socket. AMD has been developing them under the Snowy Owl codename.

10 partners to launch custom boards

Nvidia got back to us with the official pricing for the Geforce GTX 1060 with  more details than our earlier article we posted last Friday. The card in the US will cost $249 + tax while EU cards with VAT will range from 279 Euro. The UK price is GBP 239 which is at current exchange identical to Euro pricing. They will launch on July 19th.
