OcUK, the Overclockers UK has sold more than 1000 Radeon RX 480 cards at launch. Although to be fair to Nvidia, the etailer added that they also managed to shift 1000 Geforce GTX 1080 cards on their launch too [so much for the rumour that Nvidia sampled only small volume to the etailers.ed]

Today we said how ARM server maker Cavium had acquired Qlogic and it has announced its first ARM based servers with Gigabyte. But it It looks like Cavium will get some serious competition as Qualcomm plans to release its own 10nm server chips.

Fudzilla warned you that AMD's 32core / 64 tread X86 processor codenamed Naples is coming in 2017 to a server near you, but it looks like AMD has a 7nm product called Starship which will arrive soon afterwards.
