OCZ has officially announced the newest addition to its USB flash drive lineup, the Diesel. The new OCZ Diesel USB 2.0 flash drive will be available in capacities of up to 16GB.
Previously shown at Computex, the Diesel flash drive is packed in a compact aluminum case and it will be yet another affordable product that OCZ has and is going to introduce this summer. It will be available in 2, 4, 8 and 16GB capacities, and it will offer mainstream speeds, at least according to the press release.
Unfortunately, the speeds aren't listed in the specification list, so we will have to wait for some reviews, but don't expect any miracles as this one should be all about low price. The new diesel USB flash drive comes with a 2-year warranty.
The new Diesel is listed at Geizhals.at, and the lowest price ranges from €9.90 for the 2GB version, to €49.38 for the 16GB version. You can find it listed
