Electronic Arts is suffering because it failed to take into account the success of Nintendo's Wii in the recent console wars.
According to Mercury News, EA which made most of its money on the back
of the Playstation's success, might have be suffering as a result of
the PS3's failure to take off as well as it hoped.
One analyst is quoted as saying that if Nintendo returns to its
historical position as the number one hardware and software vendor, EA
will be hard pressed to adapt.However the problem is that the outfit is
too big and will need to change how it develops games to succeed in a Nintendo-dominated world.
