How did that slip through
Apple has blocked an
iPhone application which allowed users to see female breasts from the
comfort of their basements.
The developer behind the software started out the
application which allowed iPhone fans to view women in swimware but after
the application was approved he updated it with boob shots to confuse
Apple's glorious censors, who seem to have failed to keep abreast of the
situation.
The developer behind the 'Hottest Girls' application said he had
to pull the application because it was too popular and his servers could not
cope. As it turns out it was Apple who were tough on boobs and tough on
the causes of boobs. Many felt that now Apple had installed parental
controls and age verification on the iPhone it would start being a bit more
liberal.
Apparently not. In a statement Apple said that the company "will not
distribute applications that contain inappropriate content, such as
pornography."
