Intel new DDR3 chipset will start selling in April. Samples should be ready at the same time. G33 the integrated part should be there at the same time.
Both P35 boards and G33 boards can support DDR 2 or DDR 3 and many will do the DDR2 as it is much cheaper and more popular. GDDR 3 might be expensive and 6-6-6-15 at 1066 is nothing to be happy about it.
So the DDR3 era should begin rather soon and we expect that in May there should be plenty of boards based on this design.
