GTX 1080 and GTX 1060 with faster memory
During its GDC 2017 event held yesterday, Nvidia announced that its AIC partners will be able to use new memory chips on GTX 1080 and GTX 1060 graphics cards, allowing them to give a slight performance boost.

But now, the company has decided to bring advancements in deep learning to the world of game development with uses ranging from more believable in-game agents, and complex physics simulations through asynchronous rendering techniques.
Analyze time slices of gameplay and improve VR experiences
During its Editor’s Day conference in San Francisco, Nvidia announced a software utility to measure the quality of VR gameplay called FCAT VR. This tool is built on frame capture technology and, Nvidia claims, lets users to forego an expensive hardware capture solution in order to analyze individual frames and interpret data sets through software.
US $100 price-cut
In addition to launching the new Geforce GTX 1080 Ti graphics card, Nvidia has also lowered the price of its Geforce GTX 1080 graphics card, pushing it down to US $499, a good US $100 price cut from its official launch price.

During Nvidia’s keynote at its Editors Day event in San Francisco, Jen-Hsun Huang took the stage to officially announce the Geforce GTX 1080 Ti to a public audience.
