After Intel announced that it had to delay its 10nm production to 2019, financial analysts around the world reacted with negative stock comments and valuation. Most of them got things wrong. Intel with its $17 billion highest ever revenue showed magnificent growth in the data center and it made that $17 billion without 10nm.

A technology intelligence outfit called Tech Insights has voided the warrantly on an Intel Cannon Lake processor to see whether Chipzilla has made much of an improvement in its transition from 14nm to 10nm processors. It looks like things are 2.7 times denser.

Intel had a rough time manufacturing 10nm CPUs and while we won't see any volume until next year, the first laptop with 10nm Cannon Lake CPU has been spotted online in China, the Lenovo Ideapad 330 with Core i3-8121U CPU.
Snapdragon 730 and 710 details leaked
8nm and 10nm 2+6 cores
Qualcomm is expected to launch its 700 series rather soon and the latest leaks describe two rather robust products coming soon. The Snapdragon 700 series was launched by Cristiano Amon, the company’s president at the Mobile World Congress 2018 without going into any details.
Intel promises volume production of 10nm in 2019

Intel announced its Q1 2018 results where the company claimed it did rather well, increasing its revenue by13 percent to $16.1 billion. It expects 10 percent better in the second quarter compared to the same quarter last year.
Snapdragon X50 is 10nm
Will be finished this year
3GPP has locked the 5G standard and Qualcomm’s first 5G modem, called the X50, will enter production in the latter part of the year. It is a 10nm chip that goes arm in arm with Snapdragon 855.
