As announced, the flagship Ryzen 9 7950X3D, which is a 16-core/32-thread SKU working at 5.7/4.2GHz and packs 144MB of cache and 120W TDP, will be launching on February 28th. The biggest surprise is the $699 price tag, which is the same launch price of the Ryzen 9 7950X.  

The 12-core/24-thread Ryzen 9 7900X3D, working at 5.6/4.4GHz with 140MB of cache and 120W TDP, also comes on February 28th, priced at $599. In case you keep count, this makes it $50 more expensive than the Ryzen 9 7900X at launch. 

The odd-ball Ryzen 7 7800X3D, an 8-core/16-thread SKU working at 5.0/4.2GHz clock and packing 104MB of cache, will launch on April 6th, at $449. We say odd-ball as the Ryzen 7 7800X3D has a single CCD, while the two other two Ryzen 9 7000X3D SKUs have two CCDs, with only one CCD to feature 3D V-Cache. 

Earlier, AMD revealed some performance details, showing the Ryzen 7 7800X3D in some games, and hopefully, we'll see some other performance numbers soon.
