Thanks to the X58 3X SLI motherboard

EVGA has once again found its way into Futuremark's hall of fame, this time with its first Intel-based motherboard, the X58 3X SLI. Vince "k|ngp|n" Lucido has managed to break a new 3DMark Vantage world record in both performance and high presets by scoring P36598 and H29715 points.

EVGA has apparently designed this motherboard to be an overclocking beast, and Vince "k|ngp|n" probably had some good suggestions when it was designed, and was the right guy to play around with it. The EVGA X58 comes with all the goodies that an overclocker could wish for, including onboard power and reset buttons, onboard and rear panel CMOS clear and most importantly, very flexible voltage management.

You can find the Futuremark Hall of Fame here, and you can check out the EVGA X58 3x SLI here.
