Spain first to get it

The long coming Motorola RIZR Z8 has finally arrived, although so far it's only available in Spain on the Telefonica Movistar service. It doesn't seem to be on the website as yet, but according to Motorola it should be available immediately with other European countries and Asia getting the handset shortly.

If you've forgotten about the RIZR Z8, here's a quick refresher. It's running the Symbian 9.2 OS with UIQ 3.1. It has a 2.2in QVGA display, it supports HSDPA, a 2 megapixel camera, 80MB of built in memory and that funky angled slider.

The RIZR Z8 is compatible with SDHC cards up to 32GB and according to Motorola's press release it will ship with a copy of the Bourne Identity and a pair of Bluetooth headphones.

You can pre-order one now from the Motorla store in the UK for £334.99, but we couldn't locate a Euro price on any of the European sites.
