In addition
to the launch of a passive HD 3650 with GDDR3 memory, HIS has also launched another model with its praised IceQ dual slot cooling solution. This card will be branded as the HIS HD 3650 IceQ Turbo.

According to the specifications listed on HIS's Website, this card works at a stunning 790MHz for the core and comes with 512MB of GDDR3 memory working at 890MHz (1,780MHz effective). Just like the passive one, this one also uses has a blue PCB and comes with gold plated DVI connectors.

This is the third generation of IceQ cooling, and it has done great for HIS. The dual slot solution is a drawback, but the IceQ cooling does a great job in cooling the GPU.
