Non-reference cooler and 650MHz core

Palit has launched a new G92 based card, the 8800 GT Sonic with 512 MB of memory.

The company went for a non-reference design, with improved 3 phase power circuit and a non-reference cooler which, according to the company, should be relatively quiet, rated at 29.5dB.

The clocks are a bit higher than reference too, but nothing spectacular; 650MHz for the core and 1900MHz for the memory.

Palit's 8800 GT Sonic also has HDMI support and ships with a DVI to HDMI dongle and SPDIF cable. HDMI is supported via a dongle and the card itself has two DVI ports.
