Higher clocks

BFG Technologies has announced yet another Nvidia Geforce 8800 GT with 512MB of memory, this time in its OC2 series.

The OC2 series is the top series from BFG and it includes 100% tested chips. BFG's 8800 GT OC2 512MB comes clocked at 675MHz for the GPU, 1674MHz for the Shader clock and 1950MHz for 512MB of GDDR3 memory. These clocks are enough to get in line with EVGA's 8800GT KO edition, but it still doesn't go as high as EVGA's new SSC edition.

As you can see from the picture below, BFG didn't change the reference design, unless you exclude the BFG sticker placed over the cooler. As with every other 8800 GT on the market this one also supports DirectX 10, Shader Model 4.0 and PCI-Express 2.0.
