A few days ago Club3D announced its HD 2900 GT with 256MB of GDDR3, and in the past couple of days several European retailers have listed them. We wrote about it here, so check it out for some specs and pictures.

Prices range from €184 to €190 in Europe, and, of course, it's not in stock yet. We expected slightly lower prices, since HD 2900 PRO cards with 512MB of memory are available for just over €200.

For as little as 10 to 20 euro more you'll get twice the memory and more stream processors. It's up to you, but as far as we're concerned this doesn't sound like a good deal at all.
