Nvidia releases its 445.87 WHQL Game Ready driver

One to have for upcoming Minecraft RTX Beta release

Nvidia has released its latest Geforce 445.87 WHQL Game Ready driver which brings optimizations for upcoming Minecraft RTX Beta release, some other games, as well as some minor bug fixes.

According to the release notes, the new Geforce 445.87 WHQL Game Ready driver has all the necessary performance optimizations, profiles, and bug fixes for Minecraft RTX Beta, which launches today with Nvidia DLSS 2.0 support, as well as optimal support for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered, Saints Row: The Third Remastered, and SnowRunner.

In addition to the day-0 support for these games, the new Geforce 445.87 WHQL Game Ready driver also fixes several issues including the blue-screen crash issue in Rise Of The Tomb Raider on DirectX 12 with RTX 2080 Ti; black flickering issues in Doom Eternal, issues with some DirectX 11 games that fail to launch when Image Sharpening is enabled from the NVIDIA Control Panel; and graphical corruption after resuming from display sleep on some notebooks.

The new Geforce 445.87 WHQL Game Ready driver is also available for 64-bit versions of Windows 10 and Windows 7 OS and supports all graphics cards since Geforce GTX 600 series. You can download it directly from Nvidia's driver support page.
