The worst thing that could happen to computer graphics is undoubtedly Intel’s integrated graphics core. If current IGPs from Intel were better, you would have far more games with much better graphics, simply because most of PCs in the world have Intel integrated inside.

Since graphics are becoming more and more important Intel has finally realized that it has to come out with products such as Larrabee and try to fight Nvidia and ATI in their own market, and with this in mind, Intel’s Larrabee graphics core will find its way to IGP.

This is something we got confirmed, but since Larrabee is still under development we cannot give you any date but we can only speculate it's realistic that Intel should not have this project finished by at least early 2011.

Larrabee reportedly has TDP issues, as its very tough to make a GPU and keep it under desired Thermal Design Power and TDP is very important part of Integrated Graphics Processor design, and therefore Larrabee IGP has still many miles to go, but at least it's in the plans.
