Pandemic has already delayed the sequel to their action shooter a couple of times.

In the meantime they were acquired by Electronic Arts and it finally seems like things are going well. The game is in heavy development and the new release date is the 5th of September 2008. This title will be simultaneously launched for PC, XboX 360 as well as PS3.

In this sequel, you’ll play in a role of a soldier Mattias Nilsson that’s saving the world from drug dealers and other scum. The game setting is in South America. (Mattias Nilsson is a fictional character and he is in no way related to our own Lars Goran Nilsson, sub.)
