According to Digitimes, Nokia is working on an ARM-based tablet and it should be ready for launch in Q4 2010.

Nokia has reportedly already completed around 100 engineering samples, but the specs are rather vague at this point. The tablet should sport a 7-inch or 9-inch screen and it will be manufactured by Foxconn, which comes as no surprise. Digitimes believes Nokia will use its Meego OS on the tablet, but it’s still a bit too early to be sure.

Nokia has a well developed network of telecom partners all over the world, so it should have no trouble distributing the new tablet with a shedload of data plans suited for all markets.
