In the Netherlands

Although Apple only announced 8 and 16GB versions of 4th gen iPod Nano, it seem like certain markets will be getting a 4GB version, as well, and in Europe it appears that the Netherlands is one of those markets.

We're not sure why Apple did this, but according to an official statement over at Pocket-Lint, an Apple representative is quoted as saying, "We made a limited number of 4GB iPod Nanos for some international markets, but this is not one of our main configurations."

International must mean outside of the US of A, or at least so we guess, but there doesn't seem to have been any sightings so far outside of the Netherlands. Considering that the 4GB version is selling for €119 and the 8GB version in €139, we know which one we'd go for. Still, if you're on a tight budget and must have one of the latest iPod Nanos and you happen to live in the right place, then this might appeal to you.

There's an online shop listing them here.
