Conference that!

WebDialogs,
a technology company that provides Internet services for web conferencing, has been purchased by IBM. The acquisition puts IBM on par with Cisco Systems, Inc. after Cisco acquired WebEx this past May.

WebDialogs provides its services to companies as a white label provider, meaning that its customers can then privately label the WebDialog service and resell it with their own branding. Financial details of the transaction were not available.
