Cebit 2009: Impressive read and write speeds

We managed to get a screenshot of OCZ ZDrive prototype in action at Cebit and for now it looks really impressive.

The guys from OCZ have let us take screenshots of HD Tach, where the ZDrive managed to get an average read of 736.5MB/s. The ATTO Disk Benchmark utility had more details as we had a chance to see the drive in some writing action, and you can check out the screenshot of it below.

The OCZ ZDrive that we have shown is still not in its final version and some things might change. There is still some work left on the design and the cooling solution but the main thing is done and the drive's speed is pretty impressive.
