Cyberlink has launched MediaShow Espresso, a video conversion software package optimized for Intel Core i7 CPUs as well as Nvidia CUDA and ATI Stream technology.

The new version promises easy video conversion, and includes multi-threaded batch conversion. It supports a wide range of formats and enables users to simply select the output device like iPod, iPhone, PSP, PS3, Zune and Xbox, while MediaShow Espresso worries about different file formats. It also includes file upload to iTunes or YouTube, and has an Auto Shutdown feature which turns the PC off when transcoding is done.

Cyberlink was one of the first companies that did not take sides with either Intel, AMD or Nvidia, and simply went with the flow by supporting Intel's Core i7 CPUs as well as Nvidia's CUDA and ATI Stream technology.

MediaShow Espresso will is already available for download with a US $39.95 price tag, while the 30-day trial version should pop up soon at Cyberlink's website.
