Laser head

The 0.08 x 0.08mm ultra-fine laser spot has higher engraving accuracy and is capable of piercing through thicker materials.

5

LONGER RAY 5 use FAC laser technology to compress the laser spot. The size of the laser spot is 0.08 x 0.08mm. Currently, the average size of the laser spot at the same price point in the industry is 0.15mm x 0.15mm. Additional precision creates higher quality prints and precision cuts. The size of the laser spot is smaller as the energy is concentrated, and the engraving accuracy creates higher fidelity products.

6

LONGER RAY5 uses a 32-Bit Motherboard and Processor that operates at 240 MHz, and it is more affordable than its competitors. The speed of a 32-Bit Motherboard is faster than an 8-bit Motherboard, and the command transmission speed is faster. The 8-bit Motherboard solution products do not support SD cards. Offline engraving can only be supported if an SD card is supported.
