Software King of the World Sir William Gates the III has issued a royal decree that no iPods or iPhones should enter the house.

Software billionaire's missus, Melinda, has told hacks that Apple is the forbidden fruit in Microsoft quarters. She said that her kids want for nothing other than iPods and iPhones.  She said that sometimes she looks at her friends and thinks “I wouldn't mind having that iPhone.”.

Microsoft chief executive officer Steve Ballmer, who has taken over the day-to-day running of Microsoft now that Gates has stepped back to focus on philanthropy, also forbids the use of iPods in his place. They are not allowed to use Google either.
