The word has come through that Foxconn isn't about to lay off any staff for the time being, but there is some serious company restructuring going on. We haven't had all the details as yet, but what we do know is that people are being moved around within the company.

There will be a lot of inter-department staff shuffling going on and from what we understand, people will be shifted over to departments that need more staff. However, this still doesn't explain what will happen to Foxconn Channel as the word is mum on the future of the channel products so far.

We're still waiting to hear the final word in this saga and this might mean bad news for those that like the retail Foxconn products. We'll have to wait to see how it all ends before we're going to draw any hasty conclusions based on what we know so far.
