Microsoft has yet to launch its Zune MP3 player outside of the US and Canada, but it seems like the company already has new, larger models on the way. Zunited has scored pictures of the two upcoming models, with the 16GB model being of the smaller flash based type and the 120GB model of course featuring a hard drive.

The pictures appears to be of devices for the Canadian market, as the writing on the packaging is both in English and French. There doesn't seem to be any other major changes to either device, although the 120GB model is apparently using firmware 2.5.

Microsoft is meant to be working on a range of new features for its Zune players, although as yet no specific details have surfaced, but one would think that Microsoft would be smart enough to launch these new additions at a timely manner when it launches the new hardware.
