All your photos are belong to us

Instragam has been forced to revise its terms of service, after an outcry from wannabe photographers all over the world.

Under the controversial policy, Instagram would have been able to use users’ content in ads. However, the outfit claims it never intended to sell people’s photos to third parties without compensating the, er, photographers.

Instagram said it used “confusing language” in the latest revision of its terms of service. It’s not like anyone ever reads the terms of service, but usually they are a great read, with no confusing language whatsoever.
