Will be compliant

The
creator of an online word game, Bogglific, that has been removed from Facebook says he will have a legal version launched within days.

Roger Nesbitt was forwarded a cease and desist letter from game manufacturer, Hasbro, which claimed his facebook game breached their copyright. The game was being played on Facebook and its removal created an outcry.

Nesbitt is currently developing a similar game that he plans to launch within a few days, which has been changed to make it non-copyright infringing. He still thinks that Hasbro's claims were unfounded, as the U.S. copyright law clearly claims that you cannot copyright the logistics of the game.
