AT&T to provide IBM with services

Worth $5 billion over 5 years


 

AT&T, Inc. has announced that it will provide telecommunications and network management services to International Business Machines Corp (IBM) that will be worth up to $5 billion in revenue to AT&T over a 5-year period. 

AT&T also indicated that it will incur related technology services charges from IBM in 2007 that are worth $60 million.  No details were provided on the technology services charges.

Industry analysts have reportedly indicated they expect AT&T to have $119.3 billion in revenue for 2007.
