Genesis gets Intel 875K and GTX 465

USA based system builder Origin has updated its desktop line with both the Intel 875K as well as new Nvidia GTX 465 graphics cards.

Origin's Genesis desktop system is now available with Intel's unlocked 875K CPU. This quad-core works at 2.93GHz has 8MB of L3 cache and adds US $175 to the base price of the Genesis system. As we are talking about an unlocked CPU, Origin offers an overclocked version as well that works at 4.0GHz but adds US $274 to the base price.

The Genesis desktop system can now be equipped with Nvidia's latest GF100 based GTX 465 graphics card. The new card adds US $103 to the base system price. Origin also offers this one in SLI and two of these set you back an extra US $401.
