The tech publisher Red Herring is in hot water after the company has been threatened with eviction for not paying its rent.

According to ValleyWag the Tech Magazine held an emergency meeting after being given three days to come up with the cash.

All employees have packed up their personal belongings because there was a fear that they would be locked out of the building.

The magazine has been in trouble for some time, but it seems to be working today when we had a look.
