Motorola's Moto G2 coming on September 10th

5-inch mid-ranger with €250 price tag

According to a report from GSMArena.com, the rumored successor of the Motorla Moto G, known as the Moto G2 and Moto G+1, should launch on September 10th with a €250 price tag.

The rumored launch date and price comes from a retailer which got the info directly from a Motorola representative. Based on a 5-inch 720p screen and Qualcomm's Snapdragon 400 chipset, the Moto G2 fits into the mid-range to entry-level segment, which is of course a very tough market.

The Moto G2 has already leaked in a couple of benchmarks below showing its Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 chipest with quad-core 1.2GHz Cortex-A7 CPU and Adreno 305 GPU paired up with 1GB of RAM.

The rest of the rumored specifications include 8-megapixel rear and 2-megapixel front cameras, Android 4.4.4 KitKat OS and 8GB of internal storage.

According to the leak, we can expect Motorola to officially announce the device at IFA 2014 show in Berlin, which kicks off on 5th of September.
