Toshiba rolls out new ultra-thin Satellite notebooks

Satellite T215 and T235

After rolling out the Intel based Satellite T210 and T230, Toshiba has announced two more models, the Satellite T251 and T235. Both the 13.3-inch T235 and the 11.6-inch T215 Satellite notebooks are based on AMD platform and feature either the Athlon II Neo CPUs or the Turion II Neo CPU.

The Satellite T215 will use the noted Athlon II Neo processors, have 2GB of memory, up to 320GB of storage, AMD Radeon integrated graphics and a LED-backlit 1366x768 11.6-inch screen. The T235 is quite similar except for the Turion II Neo CPU, up to 4GB of memory and a larger 13.3-inch screen.

Both models come with Windows 7 Home Premium and an HDMI output. The new Sattelite notebooks are scheduled to appear on the US market as of June 20th.
